Al-Kafeel University discusses ways of joint cooperation with UNESCO

Al-Kafeel University, affiliated with the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, discussed ways of joint cooperation with the delegation of the Department of Education at the UNESCO World Organization.

The president of the University, Dr. Nawras Shaheed al-Dahan, said that "the delegation of the Department of Education at the UNESCO World Organization, Iraq branch, has fulfilled the invitation of Al-Kafeel University, which was submitted on the instructions of the Senior Official of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, to discuss ways of joint cooperation between the two sides".

"The delegation toured the corridors of the University and its faculties, and got acquainted with its infrastructure, starting from the Faculty of Pharmacy and dentistry and ending at the Faculty of Medicine, in addition to the data center and access to educational programs, as well as laboratories and classrooms," he added.

During the tour, the delegation got acquainted, according to al-Dahan, "with the auxiliary means adopted by the university as a means of teaching its students, to graduate a conscious generation that believes in cognitive and national values, in addition to arming it with applied methods to solve the problems facing it in the near future".

According to al-Dahan, "the delegation's visit comes within the framework of cooperation between the University and the international organization, with the aim of exchanging expertise and academic experiences with international universities, to contribute to the development of ideas and scientific research."
