The Maqam Department begins its preparations for the events of the holy month of Sha'ban

The Holy Maqam Department of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine has begun its annual preparations for the events of the holy month of Sha'ban.

Engineer Mehdi Mohammed al-Mousawi, technical assistant of the Department, said, "Our staff has begun its annual preparations for the blessed month of Sha'ban, because of the birth anniversaries of many of our holy imams (peace be upon them), and the recommended Ziyarat during this holy month, including the Ziyarat of the awaited Imam al-Hujjah; Imam al-Mahdi (may Allah Almighty hasten his holy reappearance)".

"The preparations included the implementation of comprehensive maintenance works for all the facilities of the holy Maqam, in addition to the installation of light flyers and diverse artistic decorations," he added.

It is noteworthy that maintenance and preparations are ongoing until the day of the Ziyarat in the fifteenth of the holy month of Sha'ban.
