Institute of the Holy Quran at Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine announces the start of registration in summer courses to learn the Quran and its dispositions ..

In order to entrench the culture of Quran and its consolidation in the minds and hearts of our children, and inspired by the words of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Allah's mercy be upon him and his holy lineage): "discipline your children on three qualities: the love of your Prophet, the love of his family and the reading of the Quran", the Institute of the Holy Quran belonging to the intellectual and cultural affairs Department at the Holy Shrine of Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) announces the opening of registration of summer courses for learning the Holy Quran, which includes lessons in the memorization of the Holy Quran, Jurisprudence, Morals and Doctrines for all grades, noting that the session will be launched on the 6 Shawwal 1435 AH corresponding to the 3 August 2014 ..

The Director of the Institute of the Holy Quran Sheikh Jawad Al-Nasraoui spoke about this session to Al-Kafeel Global Network, saying: "Every year we hold summer courses for students at all school levels , in order to give them lessons in jurisprudence , doctrines and morals , as well as lessons of the Holy Quran's memorization, the correct reading and the recital , in fact the objective of the establishment of these courses is the dissemination of the Quran's culture and the ethics of Ahl al-Bayt ( peace be upon them ) , as well as the education of many of the dispositions because a lot of our students do not know how to perform the basic obligations such as the prayer, fasting and ablutions and so on. "

He added: "In this session, qualified professors from readers and memorizers of the Holy Quran in addition to some affiliates of the Holy Shrine who have graduated from the Institute will teach our students especially dispositions and morals, so to invest the students' summer holidays to strengthen their belief and doctrine, as well as to enlighten their insight in the Holy Quran. For this purpose uniforms will be distributed to students, and the Institute will ensure the transportation of the students from their homes to where the courses would be held and vice versa. "

He explained: "The period of the session will be of two months with daily lectures, lasting three hours each punctuated by a break, and the main venue for the courses is the courtyard of the Holy Shrine and the new basement which was opened in the Holy Shrine within its horizontal expansion's project, in addition to some Hussaynyat, mosques and locations of branches of the Institute of the Holy Quran in the provinces. Fortunately all applicants with their various ages will be accepted and after the ending of the session, a graduation ceremony will be held for all participating students. "

Mr. Nasraoui added: "We expect - God willing - in this year that the number of students participating would be between 6,000 and 7,000 students, especially that some branches of the Institute have been opened in some provinces."

It is worth mentioning that the Institute of the Holy Quran sets up sessions once in while, in order to promote the Quranic culture, to entrench it within the members of the society and to follow the teachings of the Holy Quran in everyday life.
