Commemorating the joys of the Islamic nation on the occasion of the birth of the moons of Sha'ban, the services' Department at Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine started a number of delightful and joyful actions, to show the greatness of this great holy month of Shaaban, in which days the anniversary of the birth of three saint imams: Imam Al-Hussayn, Imam As-Sajjad and Imam Al-Mahdi (peace be upon them), in addition to the clan's moon and the standard bearer of Tuff Abu Al-Fadl Al-Abbas and Ali Akbar son of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon them).

The department has set up a number of ornamental trees as well as flowers in the surrounding and inside the holy shrine of Abu Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him).

The head of services' Department Haj Khalil Mehdi Hannon explained to Al-Kafeel Global Network: “ Our department proceeded designing two carpets of flowers in the courtyard between both holy shrines. The two green carpets are made from Tifgreen grass in an area of 16 square meters, the one installed near the Al-Abbas's Holy Shrine had a middle design made by Jaafari flowers "Tagetes" writing : (Ya Hussayn), while the second one was installed near the holy shrine of imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) also with a middle design made by Tagetes writing: (Ya Qamar Bani Hashim), both of them are implemented and designed by the garden artists of our Department, who took into account the coordination of colours as befits the grandeur of the occasion.”

He added: “The green flowery carpets are accompanied by 200 m2 of flower pots containing Myrtles designed in a pyramidal form, Tagetes and other flowers, plants and trees ornamenting the entrances of the holy shrines.”

It is worth mentioning that in the third of each holy month of Shaaban, we commemorate the birth anniversary of the Master of martyrs Abi Abdullah Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), in its fourth day, the birth of Abu Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him), in the fifth, the birth of Imam Ali Bin Al Hussein, Zeiyn El Abideen (peace be upon him), in the eleventh, the birth of Ali Akbar son of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), and in the fifteenth, the birth of "the greatest rest of God," "the owner of the advent and time" The Imam Muhammad Ibn Al-Hasan (May Allah hasten his holy reappearance).
