The Department of Intellectual Affairs holds a Quranic evening in the Nigerian province of Kaduna

The Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine held a Quranic evening in Kaduna province, Nigeria.

The presentation of the lecture was supervised by the African Studies Center of the Department.

The director of the Center; Sheikh Saad Sattar al-Shammari, said that "the preachers of the Center for African Studies established a Quranic program in the Nigerian province of Kaduna that included several activities during the month of Ramadhan".

He added that "the activities of the program in Nigeria included the establishment of Quranic sessions for men and others for women, Fiqh and Quranic lectures, as the goal is to clarify the features of authentic Muhammadian Islam and to demonstrate the knowledge of the Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them, and their right path".

Al-Shammari pointed out that"work continues to take advantage of the holy month of Ramadhan by performing the special worship acts and the establishment of specialized Quranic and guidance councils".
