The Green Belt project opens its oases to the people of Karbala and its visitors

The Green Belt project of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has opened the doors of its oases to receive residents and visitors in Karbala governorate.

The official of the first system of the project, Mr. Khaled Jamal al-Asadi, said: "under the guidance of the Senior Official of the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine, Station (1) in the Green Belt project, the system of the Great Prophet (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household) was opened to visitors and families from the people of Karbala, and it is one of the 20 oases of the project."

"The Oasis contains places for children's games, ornamental ponds and fish farming, as well as designated places for barbecue, as well as its green spaces, public gardens, and water fountains,"he added.

Al-Asadi explained that the project is considered an outlet for visitors and the people of Karbala, indicating that "oases witness the influx of visitors at different times before and after Iftaar".
