The works continue in the residential complex of Al-Kafeel in parallel with each other, in order to finish this vital and important project, and that affects an important segment of the servants of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) as soon as possible and within the laid executive plans.

The head of the engineering projects in Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, the Engineer Dea' Majeed As-Sa'egh has briefed Al-Kafeel's network on the work-flow in this project: "The project as a whole has been divided into 39 sections, according to the plan that had been implemented by the executive company Hiran and Kiradi, so as to ensure the continuity of the work without intersection between each other, and as a result there is a progress in all the allocated sections, in some sections the houses have been roofed while other houses are in the level of the reinforcement of roofs, and others in fixing the windows ... Making sure to match the used materials in the construction with the laboratory tests and quality control. "

He said, adding: "Beside these works, the services and infrastructure's works were launched, as for the sanitation work of the project as a whole after the end of the preparation of studies, designs and blueprints for the integrated system sanitation, which will be linked to the sewage system of the central province of the holy city of Karbala. "

It is noteworthy that the project will be built on an area of (305,000 m2) representing horizontally (829 houses) with its infrastructures, streets and services, health and education's buildings, all belonging to the complex, which is strategically located midway between the provinces of Najaf and Babylon, on the road linking both (Babylon - Karbala) and (Najaf - Karbala), after making all official transactions for the ownership, the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine got the acquisition of this land that is a dedicated area for housing under the urban plan of the holy city of Karbala, and which is approved by the Ministry of municipalities and public works in Iraq.
