The Department of Planning and Human Development continues to organize development sessions in order to prepare its adherents to work efficiently at the departments of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine. In fact, these sessions come within the endeavours pursued by the holy shrine to develop and improve the work of its adherents, and among these established sessions, the session of "how to protect yourself from criticism and defamation."

Mr. Ali Kadhim Hameed from the Department of Planning and Human Development explained to Al-Kafeel Network the importance of this session: "The course is of great importance for its adherents, it allows them to learn the skills to protect themselves from criticism and defamation that they may encounter from some members of the community, especially in some sections of the holy shrine dealing with visitors; as the visitor of the holy city of Karbala could have suffered during his journey a lot of pressure and fatigue, or he may have some serious problems that could affect negatively on his behaviour. "

It is noteworthy that the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine organizes many of the courses, which aim to support and qualify its adherents with their different scientific levels and age range, for the betterment of their cultural level, the development of their intellectual abilities and their professional skills, and increasing their culture in the field of Islamic jurisprudence, Islamic faith, Islamic morals and manners that Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them) taught us. For this purpose many of them were put in training sessions in their specific fields such as engineering, technical and security fields, to qualify them in order to follow the progress, reconstruction and advancement of the holy shrine of Al-Abbas (peace be upon him.)
