The Scientific Complex launches the activities of the “al-Qur'aniy al-Sagheer» program

The Scientific Complex of the Holy Quran at the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine has launched the activities of the "al-Qur'aniy al-Sagheer" program within the summer Quranic courses to develop students ' abilities.

The program is supervised by the Holy Quran Institute in Najaf.

The official of the Quranic activities unit at the institute, Mr. Zaid Al-Ramahi, said that"the program comes within the educational plan of the complex in order to develop students' abilities, and is offered in addition to daily lessons in the Holy Quran, jurisprudence, beliefs, ethics and biography, as part of the summer Quranic courses project, in order to promote the Quranic culture among students."

He added,"the program included an intellectual competition containing Fiqh, historical and ideological questions, using smart explanatory means, where the contestant selects the number from the screen and answers the questions, and the winner receives a gift from the blessings of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him)".

The summer Quranic courses, which are supervised by the Scientific Complex of the Holy Quran, were launched early this month in a number of governorates with the participation of more than (54) thousand students, during which they receive lessons in the Holy Quran, jurisprudence, Aqeedah, ethics and Seerah of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), under the supervision of Quranic professors and teachers.
