Sayed al-Safi calls for establishing a culture of peaceful coexistence between the people of the same country and overcoming differences

The Senior Official of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; Sayed Ahmad al-Safi, called for the need to establish a culture of peaceful coexistence between the people of the same country and overcome differences, during his reception of a delegation from the Sulaymaniyah governorate in the Kurdistan region, which included Sheikh Dr. Ahmed Mustafa Faidullah, chairman of the Council of the IFTA committee in Sulaymaniyah and a member of the Kurdistan Ifta Committee, Dr. Abdul Fattah Hussein Suleiman, chairman of the white flag Organization for peaceful coexistence, Dr. Kamran Orahman Majeed, professor at the University of Sulaymaniyah, and former head of the Department of origins of religion.

The delegation reviewed the general conditions in the province as well as the turnout for mosques, stressing that there is a heavy turnout and attendance of young people and citizens at mosques, and the need to hold continuous meetings between Kurdistan scholars and Shiite scholars to establish the rules of love and brotherhood and confront those who try to offend Muslim scholars.

At the beginning of his speech, Sayed Al-Safi welcomed the delegation, stressing that there is an urgent need to establish peaceful coexistence, because the Kurdistan region includes pluralism and religious, sectarian and National Diversity.

Sayed Al-Safi called for avoiding disagreements and keeping them away from reaching the general rules, stressing that such meetings have good fruits in the exchange of views.

Sayed Al-Safi stressed the importance of the personality of the Prophet (Allah's prayers be upon him and upons his holy Household) through the Holy Quran and its great verses, and this project concerns all Muslims and is one of the things that opens an important and scientific door to fruitful discussions, and this resulted from the Great Prophet center affiliated to the Department of Intellectual Affairs, as the reason for its establishment was to highlight the biography of the Holy Prophet(Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household) in the Holy Quran, to counter the malicious attempt to offend this great personality.
