The completion of construction of the physiotherapy centre and starting the installation of its equipments and apparatuses..

The head of engineering projects at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine; the engineer Dea' Majeed As-Sa'egh declared the completion of the building project of physiotherapy and health's rehabilitation centre, and following the completion of the contract with the Dynamic Company for Medical Equipment - one of the specialized international companies in this field- which will ensure to provide the Centre with all the equipment and their installation, and also everything related to the rehabilitation and training of people with special needs, as well as providing high quality services for patients who need assistance in the field of prosthetic devices and artificial limbs in addition to muscular weakness and disorders of walking and amputation of various kinds.

He added: "The project comes within the efforts of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine in order to improve the health situation experienced by the country and work on the introduction of new medical technologies, which affect a large segment of citizens, and for all that the department of engineering projects accorded great importance to this project as it is one of the unique projects not only at the level of the province of Karbala, but in all of Iraq. Noting that the General Secretariat of the holy shrine of Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) provided all the means so that this project be perfect."

It is worth mentioning that this project is built on a land area (600 m2) by three floors that can be increased in the neighbourhood of Al-Hussein south-west of the city, and it contains many of the specialized departments in Physiotherapy and health's Rehabilitation. In fact, this project comes within the framework of the holy shrine, which hard work and the large ambition continued to offer better medical and therapeutic services, for the citizens from within the province of Karbala and beyond. Noting that this project is one of the health projects adopted by the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, which is of great importance and affect a large segment of citizens, and from which will benefit the province of Karbala and the rest of the other provinces, as these kinds of special centres are few in Iraq. therefore, the centre will be provided by a group of highly qualified professionals, working on the latest types of technologies in the field of orthopaedic appliances, prosthetic devices and other assistance supplies.
