Sayed al-Safi said during an expanded meeting in the presence of the officials of the holy shrine and the heads of its departments and sites, that "the accumulated experience in managing Ziyarats by the holy shrine staff helps in the success of this Ziyarat, which is considered one of the important Ziyarats".
Sayed al-Safi stressed the "necessity of joining hands and concerted efforts to make the Ziyarat a success, and to provide distinguished services befitting the masses of visitors who will come from inside and outside Iraq to revive this blessed Ziyarat".
Sayed al-Safi pointed out that the holy shrines "compete to gain the honor of serving the distinguished visitors, and provide the best possible for them," pointing to the role of the supreme religious authority in supporting the holy shrines, and its continuous recommendations in the development of visitor service areas.
For his part, the secretary general of the holy shrine; Sayed Mustafa Mortadha Aal Dea'-uddin, said that "Sayed. al-Safi was briefed during an expanded meeting in the presence of officials of the holy shrine and heads of departments, on the plans for the Ziyarat of the day of Arafah and Ziyarats of the tenth of Muharram and the Arba'een to serve visitors.
He added that"the meeting dealt in detail with the Ziyarat of Arafah day as the first and closest Ziyarat, and the plans prepared at all levels to serve the visitors, who will come from all sides to commemorate the Ziyarat ceremonies at the two holy shrines".
Aal Dea'-Uddin explained that"during the meeting, we discussed with His Eminence the Senior Official the service axis in all its aspects, feeding visitors and meeting their needs, as well as their presence at the shrine of the Master Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas(peace be upon him)".
He explained that the meeting discussed the health and transport file and the need to prepare integrated plans for them, stressing that Sayed al-Safi stressed the concerted and unified efforts to provide the best possible services to the visitors of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas(peace be upon them).
