The Public Relations Department finishes its preparations for the international Imamate week

The public relations department at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has completed its preparations for the international Imamate week in its first edition.

The Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine holds the activities of the Imamate week on the sixth of July this year, under the slogan: (the prophecy and the Imamate are inseparable titles) and under the title (the Imamate is the system of the nation).

The official of the University and School Relations Division of the Department, Mr. Maher Khalid, said,"the staff of the department has started coordinating with the specialized committees with all the preparations and mobilizing their efforts to make the first international Imamate Week successful".

"The department is responsible to obtain entry permits for foreign expatriates, prepare the vehicles for transporting them from airports to their places of residence in the guesthouses of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, and accompany them to the week's events by providing specialized cadres to accompany and receive guests,"he added.

The mechanism of receiving guests is carried out by prior coordination between the team present at the airports and the relevant authorities, such as the Al-Ameed Association, the Al-Ameed group, the Al-Sadeq Center, the Al-Murtadha Center, the Sadeqayn center and others, according to the attached lists that come to the management of guesthouses to prepare housing, and organize the mechanism of departure of delegations and their arrival at airports after the end of the week's activities.
