The Scientific Complex celebrates the graduation of more than 9,000 students in its summer Quranic courses

The Scientific Complex of the Holy Quran at the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine celebrated the graduation of more than (9000) students in its summer Quranic courses within the batch of (Ashbal al-Kafeel) in the province of Najaf Al-Ashraf.

The organization of the courses was supervised by the Holy Quran Institute in Najaf, part of the Complex.

The closing ceremony was held at the Kufa Grand Mosque in the presence of the deputy secretary general of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine engineer Abbas Musa Ahmad and a large gathering of students, in addition to representatives of the holy shrines and the nitables of the Hawza.

The ceremony began with a beautiful recitation from the Holy Quran, followed by a speech by the scientific complex delivered by the assistant head of the complex; Dr. Abdul Hassan Attiya, in which he stressed "the importance of the book of Allah Almighty and its maintenance by following his tolerant teachings, adhering to his commands and intentions and the need for it to be a way of life for all groups and segments".

He added that "the scientific complex, through its multiple Quranic formations, sought to create a sound Quranic environment, targeting all categories, including the buds, emerging and young, by spreading the Quranic culture based on understanding and reflection and then creating the ethics of the Holy Quran, as well as taking care of good recitation and the quality of memorization".

The ceremony included a speech to the secretariat of the Grand Mosque of Kufa delivered by Sayed Adel al-Yasiri, in addition to the anthem (Ashbal al-Kafeel) and a play entitled (The Future Generation) performed by the students of the Quranic project for the summer Quranic courses, as well as chanting the oath of allegiance to the expected Imam al-Mahdi (may Allah's hasten his holy reappearance) and pledging to follow his approach and the approach of his holy fathers, and the ceremony concluded by honoring the supporting parties to the project.

The complex held summer Quranic courses in twelve provinces with the participation of more than (54) thousand students, during which they received lessons in jurisprudence, ethics, biography and the Holy Quran, for forty-five days of daily lessons, from the age of 6 to 16 years.
