The delegation of the Department of Intellectual Affairs meets a number of religious figures in Nigeria and reviews its activities in the African continent

The delegation of the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine organized a visit to a number of religious and official figures in the state of Nigeria.

The coordinator of the African Studies Center of the Department in Nigeria; Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah, said that "the delegation met with a number of Nigerian religious and official figures, for the purpose of demonstrating the works, activities and cultural, religious and humanitarian programs carried out by the center in the African continent".

He added that "the center's delegation attended a number of mass celebrations on the occasion of the coming of Eid al-Ghadeer, where he conveyed congratulations to the followers and lovers of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) on this auspicious occasion, stressing the removal of the ideological, intellectual and leadership incident of al-Ghadeer to the nation".

The delegation visited one of the churches of a region in Nigeria and met with its director, Mr. Pastor Johanna, and talked about spreading the idea of authentic Mohammadian Islam and talking about the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him) and the doctrine, their qualities and ethics of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).
