In response to the call of the Supreme Religious Authority, a number of Hussayni processions from various provinces of Iraq offer their catering services to the security forces and the volunteers of the popular mobilization stationed in the city of Samarra and the nearby places.

These acts came in compliance with the call of the Supreme Religious Authority of the sufficient duty (wujub kifa'i) of Jihad, that was confirmed through Friday sermons, which are held in the holy courtyard of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), stating that if some cannot engage in the ranks of the security forces, they can participate by helping with their money, in support of the security forces and the volunteers. This is why we urge everyone to offer more tender in this path, His Almighty God said: {The ones who have believed, emigrated and striven in the cause of Allah with their wealth and their lives are greater in rank in the sight of Allah . And it is those who are the attainers [of success].} (9:20)

So, many of the people of central and southern provinces of the owners of Hussayni processions rushed to open them in this holy city, continuing their work day and night in order to provide food and drink for the security forces, which are locked in fierce battles against terrorism in those areas.

Al-Haj Qasem Al-Mulla, the responsible of the procession of Imam Al-Hassan Al-Mujtaba (peace be upon him), which is one of the processions settled in the city of Samarra to provide those blessed services, has spoken to Al-Kafeel Network: "We continue to work day and night to provide daily three meals for each military unit, as well as hot and cold drinks such as tea, milk and juices in addition to fruits. And, in order to organize the work of these processions and ensure the access of their services, which are all of the blessings of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them), there have been coordination between these processions for the distribution of tasks, so each procession ensures services for a specific military unit, which comes to receive its share that is determined on the basis of the number of its fighters."

Explaining that: "The financing of these processions is the effort of those in charge of the procession in addition to some aid from people of the areas to which the procession belongs."
