With the support of the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine, the Al-Zahraa (peace with her) Commission organizes acting scenes to embody the event of at-Taf

The Al-Zahraa (Peace be upon her) commission, with the support of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, has set up performance scenes to embody the sad event of at-Taf.

The head of the Husseini rituals and processions in Iraq and the Islamic world, of the two holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and al-Abbas (peace be upon them); Sayed Aqeel al-Yaseri, said: "The people of Ghammas have always embodied the painful event by depicting it in their city on the tenth of the holy month of Muharram and in the holy Karbala on the 12th of the same month."

He added: "The members of the commission were eager to present the painful event of al-Taff in a appropriate manner and to convey it to the viewer in the best possible way through realistic live visions or via television screens."

Al-Yaseri stated: "The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, as always, contributes to this and supports issues that serve the eternal Husseini Renaissance," stressing that "with the cooperation of all its departments, it provided great support for the performances in terms of service, security, logistics and media coverage of the scenes of this painful incident, as well as facilitating the tasks of the procession entering Karbala."

For his part, the official of the Commission; Sayed Hadi Atshan, thanked the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine and its employees who contributed to this Husseini work, which embodies the events of Ashura.

He added: "The work aims to shed light on the incident and to convey what happened to Imam al-Hussayn, his family and his companions (peace be upon them) about the painful incident of at-Taf to the whole world."
