A delegation from Germany praised the experience of the scientific complex of the Holy Quran at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine and its innovative methods of teaching the Holy Quran.
The delegation received the Holy Quran Institute in Najaf, which belongs to the complex.
Mr. Mohammed Ghalib, a member of the visiting delegation, said, "We are pleased with what we have seen of embracing students at a young age, memorizing and learning the Holy Quran and the purged Sunnah of the prophet and the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), and we hope that we will have in Germany a similar Institute to teach our children these sciences and knowledge, which blends the Holy Quran with jurisprudence, dogmas, ethics and biography of the infallible (peace be upon them)".
The visiting German delegation consisted of fifteen people, a number of them of Arab and African origins, and they were received by Sheikh Qudamah al-Khudari, assistant director of the Institute, and a number of its staff, as the visiting delegation listened to a detailed explanation of the Institute's units and its activities, programs and Quranic projects throughout the year, as well as the delegation listened to the students of the Institute memorizing the glorious book of Allah and the speeches of Nahj al-balagha.
The scientific complex is keen to prepare and maintain readers through its ongoing projects and programs, so that they take their role in society by spreading the sciences of the Holy Quran, its knowledge and the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).
