The Road to Heaven; the people of al-Qarna are rushing to serve the visitors of the Arba'een

e people of al-Qarna district in the north of Basra province are rushing to serve visitors heading to the holy city of Karbala to commemorate the Arba'een of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him).

The delegation of the News Center in Basra province said that "the crowds of visitors arrived yesterday evening, Sunday, to the Qarna district in the north of Basra Al-Fayha, walking a distance of (278)kilometers, where the starting point is from the Ras Al-Bisha area in the far south, and having to walk about 441 kilometers to reach the city of Karbala".

"The people of the region, through the Husseini processions spread on both sides of the road, to visitors with various services such as food and drink, as well as open the doors of their houses, mosques and husseiniyats to them, taking into account the high temperatures,"he added.

The center's delegate explained that"the people of the district used to provide service to the visitors of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), to then join the walkers towards the city of Karbala, to commemorate the Arba'een of the martyrdom of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him)".

The Husseini processions in the District, which are spread on all roads, are exerting their efforts to provide services to visitors, and the people of the city opened the doors of their homes, exerting their efforts to get the honor of serving visitors.
