The Department of Intellectual Affairs opens a new well in the country of Chad

The Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has opened a new well within the project of the Saqi Atasha Karbala wells in the African continent.
The opening of the well was supervised by the African Studies Center of the Department.

The director of the Center; Sheikh Saad Sattar al-Shammari, said that"the new well was opened in the country of Chad in the presence of the coordinator of the center, Sheikh Ali Mohammed, and a gathering of followers and lovers of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them)".

"The center continues to implement humanitarian programs on the African continent and provide services to improve their standard of living, in addition to the intellectual, ideological and religious programs that it implements through its preachers located in many African countries,"he added.
