A medical team from Al-Kafeel Super Speciality Hospital in Karbala has succeeded in ending the suffering of a young man with complex and multiple fragmentary fractures.
Dr. Ihsan al-Faraj, a specialist in orthopedics and traumatology at the hospital, said that "an Iraqi medical team performed a successful operation on a 30-year-old man who was involved in a traffic accident, after which he suffered complex and multiple fragmentary fractures in the knee joint bone, with a fragmentary fracture in the left thigh area and the tibia bone.
He added that "the medical team, after conducting the necessary tests, performed a surgical intervention on the patient and repaired the shattered fractures, and succeeded in returning them to their normal position thanks to the experience it enjoys and the latest technologies used in the hospital".
The specialist pointed out that"the patient is currently enjoying good health and needs physiotherapy sessions only to return to his normal life".
