Visitors walking to the Holy Karbala arrived to commemorate the Arba'een of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), the last district of Muthanna governorate.
According to the delegation of the News Center, "the visitors reached Rumaythah district, the last point in the province, covering a distance of about (430 km) from the first starting point in Ras al-Bisha area, and will travel an estimated distance of (220 km) to reach the holy city of Karbala".
He pointed out that"the hussayni processions scattered on both sides of the road are exerting exceptional efforts in providing services to visitors, in addition to the people who opened the doors of their homes, to get the honor of serving visitors".
"Rumaitha district is the last district of Muthanna governorate, as visitors will then enter Hamza district, which represents the first districts of Diwaniyah governorate,"he added.
Muthanna governorate is the third governorate that visitors enter, after starting from Basra, the southernmost point in Iraq, and then the people of the central provinces join them successively, to participate in the commemoration of the Arba'een of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him).
