Ten thousand meals provided by the procession of the Al-Abbas's (p) squad daily at the al-Sheeb port

The host procession of the Abbas's (p) squad provides ten thousand meals a day to Arba'een visitors arriving towards the holy city of Karbala at the border port of al-Sheeb.

The official of the Squad's office in Maysan province; Dr. Karar Mustafa, said that "the Abbas's (p) Squad, for the second year in a row, is mobilizing its efforts to serve the Arba'een visitors of arrivals through the border port of al-Sheeb in Maysan province and heading towards the holy city of Karbala to commemorate the Arba'een of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him)".

"The Squad's procession provides ten thousand meals a day divided into three main meals, as well as in-between meals, with the support of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine,"he added.

According to Mustafa, the procession has been providing its services to visitors since the beginning of the month of Safar and continues until the last visitor leaves the border crossing.
