Sanctuary Care Department: concerted efforts with other departments led to the success of the Ziyarta Arba'een plan

Assistant head of the Department of Care of the Holy Sanctuary at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; Sheikh Zain al-Abideen al-Quraishi confirmed that the concerted efforts of the Department's staff with other departments at the holy shrine, led to the success of the plan to Ziyarat Arba'een.

Al-Quraishi said that" the staff of the department has been working intensively since the first day of the month of Safar to provide the best services to visitors, "pointing out that"the concerted efforts with the other departments at the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine led to the success of the Ziyarat Arba'een plan".

He added that"the department provided various services to the visitors of the Arba'een, as well as the application of the tasks that fell on the responsibilities of the department staff, from organizational and service matters".

He pointed out that"the movement of Arba'een visitors inside the holy sanctuary took place in a high flow, according to the plan prepared for it by the crisis cell, which was formed by the Holy Shrine earlier with the relevant departments".

Al-Quraishi continued that "the Department's staff has prepared the spaces for congregational prayer, inside the holy shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) and the basements, and organizing the paths of visitors to prevent a stampede".

The assistant head of the Department said,"after the completion of the Ziyarat Arba'een rituals, the Department's staff conducted an extensive campaign to clean the inside of the Holy Shrine, arrange the basements and distribute tasks to the employees.

According to al-Quraishi, the department works to help other departments and overcome difficulties for visitors, by providing special supplies such as Ziyarat books dedicated to Ziyarat Arba'een, supplications, Qurans, drinking water and helping cases in need of medical assistance".
