The Supreme Religious Authority has explained that countering terrorism and terrorists is everyone's responsibility because the target is everyone, the security chiefs should be present in the field to encourage and stimulate the fighting and heroic spirit in the hearts of the brave fighters until the end of this sorrow that plagues us. And, the political leaders have to unite their words and attitudes within the serious circumstances experienced currently by the country and to be fully warned of any attempt to interfere in the sovereign affairs, which requires building bridges of confidence between the political parties in order to preserve the country's unity and sovereignty.

The Religious authority has also called the government to expedite the provision of suitable refuges for the displaced, especially that some of them are living in schools and Hussaynyat and are demanded to vacate it as the school year started and the season of Ashura is approaching, so the state has to give the priority to this issue.

These were some of the directives stated in the second Friday sermon of the 15th Dhu Al-Hijjah 1435, corresponding to the 10th October, 2014 in the holy courtyard of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), which was led by Sayed Ahmed Al-Safi.
