In pictures, the Askariyayn Shrine raises the flag of sadness and sorrow in commemoration of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam al-Hassan al-Askari (peace be upon him)

The general secretariat of the Askariyayn Holy Shrine organized the ceremony of raising the flag of sorrow in commemoration of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam al-Hassan al-Askari (peace be upon him) amid the participation of visitors and the servants of the holy shrine of Imam al-Hadi and Imam al-Askari (peace be upon them) in Samara.

The rituals began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by the raising of the Black Flag and then the establishment of a condolence Council with the participation of the hussayni preacher; Sayed Ja'far al-Marouj, and the Radood Ali al-Saadi.

The Askariyayn Holy Shrine has prepared an integrated plan to receive visitors from inside and outside Iraq to commemorate this painful tragedy and offer condolences to the Master of the Order and Time, the expected Imam al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his holy reappearance).

It is noteworthy that the holy shrines in Iraq operate according to a joint cooperation framework that ensures the commemoration of the events of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) by providing the needs of visitors and providing various services to them, and accordingly, the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine used to send service, technical and medical teams to Samarra every year to participate along with the staff of the Askariyayn Shrine in the provision of services.
