The pavilion of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, at the Baghdad International Book Fair in its twenty-fourth session, is witnessing a constant influx of visitors.
The supervisor of the pavilion; Sayed Mohammad al-A'raji, said that"the pavilion was distinguished by its diverse publications, as it displayed almost 500 publications, distributed among encyclopedias, scientific magazines, religious and scientific books, and the pavilion recorded a wide attendance of visitors throughout the opening days of the exhibition".
He added that"the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine pays great attention to participating in international exhibitions, where it has preparations based on previous participations, so it has various additions in various cognitive, intellectual and academic sciences for all age groups, and all this in total formed an attraction point for visitors to the exhibition and the pavilion".
He explained that"the pavilion included a religious and cultural competition for the fair goers, which included a number of intellectual, cultural and religious questions, the winner of which will receive a set of publications of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine and its magazines, and this competition received the attention of the fair goers and formed an attraction factor for readers and visitors to the exhibition".
According to al-A'raji, "participation in International Book Fairs is one of the most important cultural windows through which the departments of the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine look out to the public and readers to introduce their intellectual achievements and publications".
