The Scientific Complex honors the guests of the Thaqalayn competition for the calligraphy of the Quran

The Scientific Complex of the Holy Quran at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine honored the guests of the Thaqalayn Competition for the calligraphy of the Holy Quran who came from outside Iraq.

The calligrapher Dr. Mohsen Ebadi from the state of Iran and the calligrapher Mr. Abbas al-Mousawi from the state of Bahrain were honored.

The honoring ceremony was attended by the Scientific Assistant to the head of the complex, Dr. Lewa Hassan al-Attiyah, and the director of the Center for printing the Holy Quran, Sheikh Dia al-Din al-Zubaidi.

The Iranian and Bahraini calligraphers praised the quranic projects of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, religious competitions and courses held by the complex, with the aim of spreading the Quranic Sciences to contribute to the preparation of an effective Quranic society in all fields of the Holy Quran and its Sciences.

The A'shar Quran resulted from the competition, which comes as the fruit of the Thaqalayn award launched by the Holy Quran printing center of the scientific complex, where (47) calligraphers participated, ten of whom were selected, so each of them writes three parts [Juz'] of the Holy Quran in Naskh font, which is the font used in the Holy Quran.
