The servants of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine performed the ceremonies of devotional practice, in the Holy Courtyard of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), on the birth anniversary of the Holy Prophet (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household) and Imam as-Sadeq (may Allah's prayers be upon him).

The ceremonies began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by the reading of the Ziyarat of the Master Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), and then chanting of the chant (Melody of Pride) with the participation of a large crowd of visitors arriving at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.

The devotional ceremonies were attended by the director of the Office of the Senior Official of the holy shrine; Dr. Afdhal al-Shami, a member of its board of Directors; Dr. Abbas al-Dada al-Mousawi, and a number of department heads.

The ceremonies included the reading of poems and songs about the Blessed birth anniversary of the master of beings, the Great Prophet Mohammad (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household) and his grandson, Imam as-Sadeq (peace be upon him), and concluded with the distribution of wreaths of roses and candy pieces to visitors, in honor of this auspicious occasion.
