Technical staff from the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine starts cleaning the Shrine's grid of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her)

The technical staff of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has started a comprehensive cleaning of the Shrine's grid of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her) in the Syrian capital Damascus.

The official of the delegation of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine and a member of its board of Directors; Sayed Jawad al-Hasnawi, said, "in compliance with the directives of the Senior Official of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; His Eminence Sayed Ahmad al-Safi, in continuous cooperation with the Lady Zaynab (p) Holy Shrine and its servants, and within a prepared plan, our staff has started a comprehensive cleaning of the Shrine's grid of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her)".

He added that"the servants of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has a continuous presence at the Lady Zaynab (p) holy shrine on several occasions, as they started today the work of cleaning the holy grid, which the servants of the al-Abbas's (p) Shrine were honored last year to manufacture and install."

As for the details of the works and their progress, Al-Hasnawi explained that "the works carried out were supervised by the staff of the shrines' Grid manufacturing Department of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine and with the help of a number of staff of other departments, and were carried out in accordance with a work plan developed for this purpose and implemented in two stages."

"The cleaning included all metal joints of the grid, silver and gold, using special materials for this purpose contributed to restoring its luster and shine,"he added.

According to Al-Hasnawi, "the work was in coordination and cooperation with the administration of the Lady Zaynab (p) holy shrine, which expressed its happiness and gratitude for this initiative, which was described by its Senior Official as neither strange nor new to the servants of the Al-Abbas (p) Shrine as they are well-known by such initiatives".
