The Department of Intellectual Affairs concludes its participation in the activities of the Karbala International Children's Book Fair

The Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has concluded its participation in the activities of the Karbala International Children's Book Fair.

The exhibition was held by the Department of childhood care and development at the Imam al-Hussayn's (p) holy shrine, in the courtyard of Aqeela Zaynab (peace be upon her) and lasted for a period of (1-9/10/2023), and the Department participated represented by the childhood and youth division through a special pavilion that witnessed the presentation of various publications.

The division's pavilion included a variety of selected issues, including special issues of (Al-Rayaheen magazine) aimed at children from (5-10) years old, in addition to selected issues of (Haydara magazine) for boys from (11-17) years old, as well as issues for the age of assignment for girls and boys, a number of story, literary, scientific and cultural series and other monthly publications.

The pavilion of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine witnessed a wide turnout from its visitors, who praised its publications that contribute to enhancing awareness among this category.

The holy shrine is keen to participate in various local and international book fairs in an effort to consolidate the constructive ideas of this category and the teachings of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).
