A medical team at Al-Kafeel Super Speciality Hospital has successfully performed a successful surgery on a patient suffering from the presence of an osteoathritis in her knee joint that ended her ability to walk.
A specialist in orthopedics and traumatology at the hospital, Dr. Ihsan al-Faraj, said that "an Iraqi medical team has successfully performed a joint replacement operation for a patient in the sixth decade suffering from osteoathritis in her knee joint, which caused her severe pain with the inability to walk."
