The people of Karbala condemn the Zionist attacks against the Palestinians in Gaza

The people of the holy city of Karbala organized on Friday (20/10/2023) in the area between the Two Holy Shrines a stand to condemn the Zionist aggressions that affect the Palestinians in Gaza.

During the pause, a statement was made stating:

In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
(O believers! If you stand up for Allah, He will help you and make your steps firm.)
Allah, the Almighty and the Highest, has spoken the truth.

From Karbala of pride, and bentween the Two Holy Shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them), we are the people of Holy Karbala and the servants of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) in the Hussayni parties and bodies and its service processions, dignitaries and Sons of Karbala, its intellectuals and academics, we share with our patient steadfast people in Palestine of Islam and Arabism where is our stolen Quds and our hostage land, we share and support them with the killing, destruction and extermination practiced by the Zionist criminal machine, with all kinds and the most violent weapons, targeting stones and people in an unprecedented war crime that affected hundreds of children and women and under a suffocating siege that cut off the reasons for life from the Dear Gaza Strip.

While we deplore at all levels and in all expressions what is happening to our heroic Palestinian people from the killing and displacement, we express full solidarity and full alignment with the right of the heroic Palestinian resistance, which presented and drew the most wonderful epics of victory in the victorious battle of Al-Aqsa flood since the seventh of October until this moment, where it hit the Zionists and the enemy and left them stunned because of the heroic operation that exceeded imagination in its courage and heroism of its fighters who taught the Zionists a painful lesson they will never forget and generations will preserve it in letters of gold.

Palestine is Islamic and Arab, as is its people has been, and will remain, and it is for Muslims and Arabs, and that the land must return to its people no matter how long and no matter what the price is, that Palestine, Karbala, Hussein and Christ are two sides of one revolution, one way and one principles, and that in Karbala, history, position and deed, and for tens of years we have not and will not forget Palestine, Islam and Arabism are present with us, alive under the eye, soul and conscience. Our position is supported by the positions of our Islamic Religious Authorities; our fortified caves (may Allah protect them) for whom, Palestine was a compass, a path and a straight line that never bends.

We categorically declare that we are at the disposal of our authorities in what they have directed and are directing, especially what came of the recent statement of the supreme religious authority Sayed al-Sistani about the events in Gaza and the important and fateful words he spoke about the plight of Gaza.

And here we quote from his statement:
(The whole world is called upon to stand up to this terrible atrocity and to prevent the occupation forces from continuing to implement its plans to inflict further harm on the oppressed Palestinian people.
Ending the plight of this noble nation, which has persisted for seven decades, lies in recognizing their legitimate rights and removing the occupation from their usurped lands. This is the only path to usher in security and peace to this region. Without this resolution, the resistance against the aggressors will persist, and the vortex of violence will claim more innocent lives.").

We appeal to the free people all over the world and the members of the Arab and Islamic nation and its free peoples to act immediately and quickly in order to relieve the plight and pain of our people in Gaza of steadfastness and pride.
We also call on the Iraqi government and the Iraqi Council of Representatives, through the deputies of Karbala, to move quickly and at all levels and not to delay any effort in supporting our people in Palestine and its patient, politically, materially and morally tested people.

And "The wrongdoers will come to know what ˹evil˺ end they will meet." And peace be upon al-Hussayn, and upon Ali ibn al-Hussayn, and upon the children of al-Hussayn, and upon the Companions of al-Hussayn (peace be upon them).
This statement was written in the heart of Karbala, and between the two bond Lions are al-Hussayn and al-Abbas (peace be upon them)
It will be handed over to the Office of the Iraqi Council of Representatives in the holy city of Karbala.
