Al-Kafeel Hospital offers a workshop on the Shifa system for managing health institutions within the Al-Kafeel Forum

Al-Kafeel Super Speciality Hospital presented a scientific workshop on the Shifa system for managing health institutions within the first Al-Kafeel forum for Information Technology held by the holy shrine.

The forum is held on the grounds of the Al-Ameed University for the period from October 30, to November 1, 2023, with the participation of a number of departments of the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine, to review their experiences in the technical field in terms of applications, programs, websites, platforms and all their technical details.

The head of the Electronic Systems Division at the Hospital; Mr. Mohammed al-Hasnawi, said that "the workshop includes a general explanation about electronic systems and their usefulness, in addition to a full explanation about the healing system, which has achieved a qualitative leap in administrative services by applying it at Al-Kafeel Hospital, by switching from paper to electronic system and organizing medical records for each patient."

He added that"the idea and design of the system was through specialized technical staff at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, and preserves files electronically from loss or damage, unlike paper files, as well as the speed of completion and ease of data storage and retrieval."

Al-Hasnawi explained that" the Shifa system contributed to the speed of writing reports and retrieving them for various operations within the system and providing a health and therapeutic service to patients, "noting that"the system is safe from any penetration and designed to work on desktop computers and tablets."
