The students of Iraqi universities and institutes renew their allegiance to Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) in his martyrdom's anniversary..

In continuation of the series of condolence processions that visit the holy shrines of Imam Al-Hussayn and his brother Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon them), on the morning of the 14th Muharram corresponding to the 8th of November, 2014, condolence processions of the students of Iraqi universities and institutes along with their professors entered the holy shrines to renew their allegiance to Aba Abdillah Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) as in every year, to pledge their loyalty to Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) and to solemnly declare that they are fighting soldiers before being students in the defence of the sacred homeland and the timeless revolution of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) that has shaken the world with its objectives seeking to preserve the true Islamic religion, they also promise that they will permanently protect the sanctities of Iraq, so that Karbala remains the beacon of all the free in the world.

These procession were organized in groups according to each academic university or institute, all of them chanting "Labbayka Ya Hussayn" and stressing at the same time on their adhesion to the Hussayni approach and the way he (peace be upon him) has chosen to be the path of sacrifice and martyrdom, which has become a guiding light that enlighten the generations over ages.
