The secretary general was accompanied by members of the board of Directors Mr. Kadhem Abada, Mr. Jawad al-Hasnawi and Mr. Mohammed al-Ashigar, and the head of the Engineering Projects Department, engineer Dia Majid al-Sa'egh.
The general supervisor of the project, engineer Haydar Shaker Rashid, said that "the recent visit of the Ministry of Health Committee gave us the green light to register the project and update the multiple completion rates for civil, architectural, mechanical and electrical works related to the Al-Joud laboratory for the manufacture of intravenous solutions".
"Today, the secretary general of the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine; Sayed Mustafa Mortada Aal Dia-Uddin, and a number of board members, accompanied by the head of the Engineering Projects Department, conducted a tour to see the details of the project and the progress of work in it, and they were briefed on the production lines of intravenous solutions, their types and sizes and the needs necessary for the project,"he added.
Rashid continued that "the project was evaluated by the committee of the Ministry of Health as one of the best pharmaceutical projects in Iraq, and works with the specifications of good pharmaceutical manufacturing, and keeps up with all modern technologies for the production of various intravenous solutions".
The Al-Joud intravenous solutions factory is one of the public service projects provided by the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine to the Iraqi citizen to cover the shortage in the health sector and contribute to the development of pharmaceutical industries in Iraq.
