He added that" the buses will transport students from various provinces to the holy city of Karbala, to participate in the activities of the central ceremony (the third batch "Ala Hadiy al-Qamar"), according to an integrated plan, to organize transportation operations effectively, and ensure their access to their accommodation places as quickly and easily, "noting that"the Department sent a fleet of buses distributed to the provinces of Iraq from North to South."

He pointed out that" the prepared plan includes the transfer of students internally from their accommodation to the venues of events, and externally from their governorates to the city of Karbala and vice versa, "pointing out that"this edition of the ceremony is characterized by the participation of large numbers of students compared to previous editions, so it requires us to make more preparations and prepare additional mechanisms".
