The secretary general of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; Sayed Mustafa Mortada Aal Dia-Uddin, confirmed that the devices manufacturing intravenous solutions at the Al-Joud laboratory were selected from the best international sources, during his visit accompanied by the Minister of Health, Dr. Saleh al-Hasnawi, in the presence of the members of the board of Directors of the holy shrine; Mr. Mohammed al-Ashigar and Mr. Jawad al-Hasnawi, the head of the Engineering Projects Department, engineer Dia Majid al-Sa'egh, and the general supervisor of the laboratory, engineer Haider Shaker Rasheed.
The secretary-general said that "under the guidance of the Senior Official of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; Sayed Ahmad al-Safi, the devices manufactured at the quality laboratory were selected from all the finest international facilities, as well as the provision of specialized Iraqi staffing with consultants specialized in this field".
He added that"attention to the factory's devices comes to ensure the output of a medically accurate product according to international standards, in support of health institutions in the country and service to the Iraqi citizen".
"The near future will witness the launch of production and the supply of intravenous solutions to the local market, as the completion rate in the laboratory has reached 98%,"he added.
The Al-Joud laboratory is one of the public service projects through which the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine seeks to fill the shortage in the health sector and contribute to the development of pharmaceutical industries in Iraq.
