The Holy Shrines of Imam Al-Hussayn and Al-Abbas (peace be upon them) held the sixth annual conference for the preparations of Zyarat Arba'een of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him)

The general secretariat of both Holy Shrines of Imam Al-Hussayn and Al-Abbas (peace be upon them) held on Friday the 27th Muharram corresponding to the 21st of November, 2014 the sixth annual conference for the preparations of Zyarat Arba'een of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) for this year in the hall of the seal of prophets (prayers and Allah's peace be upon him and his holy Household) at the Imam Al-Hussayn's (p) holy shrine under the title: "By God, you would never obliterate our mention" with the presence of the officials of the security and service departments in the province of the holy city of Karbala along with the officials of the representations and units of the department of processions and Hussayni rituals in the provinces of Iraq.

The conference began with the recitation of verses of the holy Quran, followed by the word of the general secretariats of the holy shrines, delivered by the head of the department of the rituals, processions and Hussayni bodies in Iraq and in the Islamic world; Haj Ryad Ni'mah Al-Salman, in which he welcomed the servants of Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), confirming that the Hussayni service passed a long way of sacrifices presented by the ancestors, to let us this holy school reach us with its sacred objectives...

Noting: "this year is different from the previous years, considering the sad events in Iraq, from murders, violating the sanctity and the destruction of holy sites by the hands of the Takfiri extremist groups, and this requires us to be more cautious and careful than before. Also, the holy city of Karbala has previously welcomed thousands of displaced families, this is we call the concerned governmental authorities to make strenuous efforts to overcome all these obstacles."

Followed by the word of the department of the rituals, processions and Hussayni bodies in Iraq and in the Islamic world delivered by the Deputy Head of the mentioned department, Haj Mazen Al-Wazni, in which he emphasized a number of points that the Hussayni processions must observe:

1- Being careful to show the Hussayni rituals special to this occasion with what fits its holiness and greatness, and staying away from any act or action that would debilitate or sap the occasion.
2- All the Hussayni processions must take cautions and inform the competent security authorities of any suspicious case.
3- Maintaining the cleanliness of the holy city of Karbala, by working continuously to clean all wastes
4- Comply with the instructions issued by the Department of procession as well as cooperating with the security and service units in the province, in addition to respecting the special timetable of the entrance of the procession to the holy shrines.

Then, deliberations between the heads of representations and units of the department of Hussayni rituals in the provinces of Iraq on the one hand and the officials of the security and service divisions in the holy city of Karbala on the other hand, to discuss proposals for resolving the problems faced the previous years, while the security and service divisions in the holy city of Karbala have promised to work hard without sparing any effort for serving the visitors of Aba Abdillah Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) and to facilitate the work of the processions of service within the administrative borders of the province.
