The general secretariat of the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine discusses the mechanism of nominating its employees to the Administrative Development Academy

The general secretariat of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine discussed during its meeting with the heads of departments, the mechanism of nominating its members to the Academy of Administrative Development affiliated to it.

The head of the development and sustainable development department at the holy shrine, Dr. Mohammed Hassan Jaber, said that "the meeting of the board of Directors of the holy shrine, chaired by its secretary general; Sayed Mustafa Mortada Aal Dia-Uddin, his deputy; Sayed Abbas Musa Ahmed, members of the board of directors and the director of the Office of the Senior Official with the heads of departments, came to discuss the mechanism of nomination of employees of the Academy of Administrative Development established by the Al-Abbas's (p) shrine, and supervised by the Department of development and sustainable development.

He added,"the meeting touched upon some observations, issues and the nature of the programs offered by the Academy of Administrative Development for employees, whether through the basic program or through specialized enrichment courses, each in its field".

For his part, the head of the scientific complex of the Holy Quran at the holy shrine, Dr. Mushtaq al-Ali, said that "the meeting discussed the obstacles and problems facing the training of employees at the Academy of Administrative Development," noting that "the issue of training and qualification of staff is one of the reasons for the success of institutions."

He added that "the holy shrine is keen to review the levels of its employees and qualify those who need to be qualified, whether at the level of fundamentals or at the level of professional matters, and the developments that may emerge in the field of management, as long as the fields are open and the activities and events are multiple".
