The pavilion of the Al-Abbas's (P) holy shrine at the thirteenth annual martyrdom festival witnesses the presentation of 450 publications

The pavilion of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine at the Book Fair, held as part of the thirteenth annual martyrdom festival in Wasit governorate, witnessed the display of more than 450 publications of the products of the holy shrine departments.

The festival is held by the Imam al-Hussayn's (p) holy shrine, in cooperation with the preaching project of the Hawza in Najaf, the holy shrines of Imam Ali, al-Kadhemayn, al-Askariyayn and Al-Abbas (peace be upon them), and Sharaf al-Din Preparatory School in the Aziziya area.

The festival is held under the slogan (Lady Fatima az-Zahra -peace be upon her – the best of the people of the Earth), for the period (the 24th Jumada Ula to 8th Jumada Thaniya, 1445 AH), to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Lady Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her).

The director of the Center for thought and creativity at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; Sayed Mohammad al-A'raji, said that "the holy shrine participated in a series of publications in the book fair within the annual martyrdom festival held at Wasit University, and the number of almost 450 publications among encyclopedias, court journals and religious and doctrinal books".

"The pavilion of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine is distinguished by the fact that all the publications in it are from the realization and printing of the holy shrine, thus confirming that it is an intellectual cultural center that sponsors all academic and Hawza segments,"he added.

According to al-A'raji, " three departments participated in the pavilion, namely, the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs, the Department of Islamic and Humanitarian Knowledge Affairs, and the supreme authority for the revival of heritage. The purpose of the participation is to familiarize the visitors of the exhibition with the intellectual products of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine".
