Condolences processions commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Lady az-Zahra (peace be upon her) in Karbala

The holy city of Karbala witnessed today, Friday, the Fatimi condolences processions flocked to the holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and al-Abbas (peace be upon them), to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Lady az-Zahra(peace be upon her) in Karbala, according to the third narration.

The condolence processions flock to offer condolences to the Master of martyrs; Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas(peace be upon them), due to the sad tragedy of the martyrdom anniversary of the beloved daughter of the Messenger of Allah (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household).

The condolence processions begin with a march to the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas(peace be upon him), then pass through the area between the Two Holy Shrines to the shrine of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), and then the condolence Council is held in the Holy Courtyard of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), chanting lamentations and elegies that mimic this sad occasion.

Sheikh Zayn al-Abideen al-Amiri, one of the processions' servants, said that "the owners of the procession of the children of Muslim Ibn Aqeel (peace be upon him) used, as other processions, to commemorate the occasions of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), including the martyrdom anniversary of Our Lady of the women of the worlds Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her) according to the third narration, in loyalty of her memory and commemoration of the sad occasion".

He added,"We offer our condolences to Imam al-Hujjah (may Allah hasten his hoy reappearance), the great religious authorities and the Islamic nation, and confirm the continuation of reviving the occasions of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and renew the covenant to follow the approach taken by the family of the prophet (may Allah's prayers be upon them)".

The Al-Abbas's(p) holy shrine has prepared a special plan to receive processions and mourners, in addition to preparing funeral pulpits and religious lectures, as well as organizing condolence councils in several locations, to demonstrate the greatness of this personality and the misfortunes she met after the martyrdom of her father, the Great Prophet (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household).
