Condolence processions flock to offer condolences on the death anniversary of Lady Umm al-Baneen (peace be upon her)

The condolence processions continue to arrive at the Al-Abbas's(p) holy shrine for the second day in a row, to offer condolences to Master Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) on the death anniversary of his mother, Lady Umm al-Baneen (peace be upon them).

One of the processions of the people of Karbala; Sayed Hussein Alwan al-Yasari, said that " the people of Karbala are used to commemorating the sad memory at the two holy shrines, and offering condolences to Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), on the death anniversary of his mother; Lady Umm al-Baneen (peace be upon them)".

He added that"the processions' activities are interspersed with the March of Zinjeel's condolences and the chanting of Lamentations and poems that mimic this painful occasion".

For his part, one of the servants of the Umm al-Baneen youth organization(Peace be upon him); Sayed Abu Amir al-Tamimi, said, "on such days every year, condolence processions come out from inside and outside Karbala, to commemorate the death anniversary of Lady Umm al-Baneen (peace be upon her), and recite poems that show her greatness, sacrifice and positions."

The entrance of the condolence processions shall be according to a schedule prepared by the Department of Hussayni Rituals and Processions in Iraq and the Islamic world affiliated to the holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and al-Abbas (peace be upon them), in order to avoid cases of intersection between them.

The Al-Abbas's(p) holy shrine has prepared a special plan to receive processions and mourners, in addition to providing condolence platforms and religious lectures, as well as organizing condolence councils in several locations to demonstrate the greatness of the personality of Lady Umm al-Baneen (peace be upon her).
