A British reader describes her feelings upon arriving at the Holy Karbala

The reader of the Holy Quran, Mrs. Hawra Yassin from the UK, said that she is feeling lot of pride upon her arrival in the Holy Karbala, during the acquaintance meeting of the participants in the festival.

"A number of lovers of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in different countries of the world came to Holy Karbala in order to participate in the sixth International Festival of the spirit of prophecy, which is a matter of pride,"Yassin said.

She added, " The Organizing Committee of the festival surrounded the participants with affection and appreciation upon their arrival to the hospitality of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), and we met a number of participants from different nationalities to get acquainted and exchange views and ideas."

Yassin pointed out that her participation in the spirit of prophecy festival is the third, stressing that she has seen a development in the activities of the festival year after year.

The festival is held on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Lady az-Zahra (peace be upon her) and lasts for three days, and is supervised by the division of Al-Kafeel women's religious schools at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.
