The scientific complex celebrates the birth anniversary of Lady az-Zahra (peace be upon her) at Karbala University

The scientific complex of the Holy Quran at the Al-Abbas's(p) holy shrine celebrated the birth anniversary of the immaculate lady Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her) by holding a Quranic forum at Karbala University.

The forum comes within the framework of the National Quranic universities Forum project, which is organized by the Center for Quranic projects of the complex, in cooperation with the Faculty of education at Karbala University.

The forum was held in the Hall of the university presidency, in the presence of the head of the scientific complex, Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Ali, the president of Karbala University, Prof. Dr. Bassem Khalil Nayel and his assistants, as well as the president of the University of Lady al-Ma'soomah in Iran, Dr. Maryam Barbara, a number of university professors, a group of academics and administrative staff, amid a large presence of male and female students.

The forum was opened with a beautiful recitation of the verses of the Holy Quran by the readers Hassanein Jazairi, Haidar Mohsen al-Bazouni, after which the Husseini preacher Sheikh Zaman al-Hasnawi gave a religious guidance lecture that included an important talk about preserving Islamic and national identity, attention to moral values and the right path for individual survival in the world, as well as directing students to interest in science and the development of creative energies.
