The Al-Abbas's (P) holy shrine commemorates the martyrdom anniversary of Imam al-Hadi (peace be upon him)

The general secretariat of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine held a condolence Council in commemoration of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali Ibn Mohammad al-Hadi (peace be upon him).

The official of the guest reception unit at the honors of the holy shrine, Mr. Fares al-Husseini, said that"the council was established under the guidance of the Senior Official of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; Sayed Ahmad al-Safi, and the preacher addressed the oppression of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and the injustice and tyranny they were subjected to."

For his part, the preacher of the Council, Sheikh Hussein al-Farhani, said that the lecture touched on "the period lived by Imam al-Hadi (peace be upon him), which is (42) years, and shed light on the important things that he addressed (peace be upon him), including emphasizing religious rituals, especially the Ziyarat of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him)".

He added that"the lecture dealt with the virtue of Ziyarat Jami'ah al-Kabira, which was emphasized by Imam al-Hadi (peace be upon him) when Musa al-Nakhai asked him to teach him a complete eloquent speech, so that when he performs the ziyarat of one member of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), he would read it; the imam (peace be upon him) dictated the Ziyarat Jami'ah, of great contents".
