The Supreme Religious Authority: The owners of the Hussayni processions should not use excessively the loudspeakers, to respect the spirituality and peace that the visitors are living in this holy place..

In order to maintain the highest degree of reverence and tranquillity for the visitors going for the Zyarat of Arba'een of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), and to not contribute to despoiling it because of some customs practised by some owners of Hussayni processions, like the excessive use of the loudspeakers and some eulogies inappropriate to this sad event. Therefore, the representative of the supreme religious authority, Sayed. Ahmad Al-Safi, the Secretary-General of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine on the second Friday sermon of the 12th of Safar corresponding to the 5th of December, 2014 in the Imam Al-Hussayn's (p) holy shrine, has put a number of the recommendations related to the commemoration of the Zyarat of Arba'een of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) as follows:

"Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) has taught us to organise ourselves, as he (peace be upon him) was fantastically organised in all his actions and affairs, he was calculating every step he made, he has selected his companions, he has chosen to bring his family with him, he has chosen the place for the At-Taff battle, and the nature of the confrontation with the enemy, he and his companions were accurate in choosing their words and speeches, in every step he gave us a lesson of organization, so as we are commemorating his tragedy, we should respect all rules, among which, the right and rules of the public road, we must maintain the public property."

Adding: "The visitor of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) seeks the spirituality in this saint place, so when we are owners of processions we must respect this, and not use very high speakers that can despoil him from his tranquillity and peace of mind. Therefore, to make our visitors' services accepted, we must firstly provide him with the comfort he needs, as maybe some of us wouldn't be able to perform the rituals of the Zyarat, but we hope that the visitor we have been serving would remind us in his prayers."

Stressing that: "As servants of the visitors of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), we have to maintain the peace of mind of the visitor all the way long until he reaches the holy shrine, as our intention in serving the honourable visitors is to alleviate all the burdens on them during his sacred journey, hoping that we will be sharing with their rewards in the Hereafter. This is one of the important steps we must honour for the sake of the great project of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him)."
