The Department between the two shrines installs a hydraulic beam in one of the roads leading to the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine

The Department between the Two Holy Shrines at the Al-Abbas's(p) holy shrine began with the installation of a hydraulic beam in the Fus'ha inspection, one of the roads leading to the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).

The official of the general maintenance division of the Department, engineer Alaa Hamza, said, " in cooperation and coordination with the engineering maintenance and construction department, our department has started implementing the hydraulic girders project at the entrances to the streets leading to the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas(peace be upon him).

He added that" the project was carried out at the entrance to Al-Alqami Street, and the works will continue to include the rest of the entrances to the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine on the Qibla gate road, and Baghdad gate, "pointing out that"today's work continues to complete the installation of the fourth beam under the name (Fus'ha beam)".

Hamza added that "the aim of the project is to control the movement of vehicles entering the Old City, in addition to containing a security system to identify whether the vehicle have a license or not".
