The procession of the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine offers more than (18) thousand meals a day to the visitors of Imam al-Kadhem (peace be upon him)

The procession of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine in the city of Kadhemiya offers more than (18) thousand meals a day to the visitors of Imam al-Kadhem (peace be upon him) on his martyrdom anniversary.

The official of the kitchen service in the Restaurant Department; Sayed Mohammed Hassan Hashim, confirmed that"the annual procession of (servants of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him)) continues to provide its services to the visitors of Imam Musa Ibn Ja'far (peace be upon him) on his martyrdom anniversary, as it provides more than (18) thousand meals daily at three times during the day".

He pointed out that the procession is attended by various departments and divisions from the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine and a group of volunteers, as the staff of the Sayed servants division is working to distribute water and tea, provide places to accommodate visitors, as well as the participation of service departments, maintaining order, and the restaurant in the service, each according to its specialization.

Earlier, the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine developed a special plan to serve the incoming visitors to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Imam al-Kadhem (peace be upon him) in the city of al-Kadhemiyah in the capital Baghdad.
