Within its humanitarian project.. The Department of Intellectual Affairs opens a new well in Ivory Coast

The Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has opened a new well in the state of Ivory Coast as part of the Saqi Atasha Karbala Wells project.

The director of the African Studies Center of the Department, Sheikh Saad Sattar al-Shammari, said that " the opening of this well, which bears the number (25) in the state of Ivory Coast in the city of Bendoko, is the first this year and was named by Lady Fatima bint Asad mother of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon them).

He added that"the project is being implemented under the auspices of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, and under the supervision of the Senior Official; His Eminence Sayed Ahmad al-Safi, and the center is keen on the continuity of the project in the thirteen African countries covered by it".

According to Al-Shammari, the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine harnesses all possibilities for the success of the Saqi Atasha Karbala wells project, which is a humanitarian project aimed at providing the life elements of the African community.
